How long does it take to get set up?
Most setups are live within a week. The first call is 30 minutes to understand your workflows. Account setup takes about 10 minutes on your end. Then I build and configure everything. You'll be using it before the week is out.
What if something breaks?
Managed plans include ongoing support. If the agent stops working, I fix it. DIY plans get 30 days of support included after handover. After that, you can raise a support request at any time.
Can it connect to my existing tools?
Yes. Most setups integrate with Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Twilio, and any tools that have an API. If you're using something specific, bring it to the discovery call and I'll tell you what's possible.
Who owns the agent and my data?
You do. Your account, your API keys, your data. The agent runs on your behalf, not mine. If you want to leave, you get a full backup of your setup and can deploy it anywhere.
What does running it cost beyond the monthly fee?
API costs run directly to your OpenAI or Anthropic account, typically £3-10 per month depending on how much your agent does. These are paid direct to your AI provider, not through us. SMS costs depend on your package if you add that.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with a DIY setup and move to Managed hosting at any time. Or add SMS capability once you're up and running. No need to commit to everything on day one.
